Staying at Anschen Log House
Anschen Log House is a quiet, non-smoking, adult retreat. The facilities are not suitable for children or pets.
There are two upstairs bedrooms, fifteen steps with a solid handrail. They are located off the loft, a common area that overlooks the Great Room. 
The loft has an eclectic library and is a good space for reading or playing cards. It has access to the upper deck.
Wifi is available throughout the house.
There is a shared bathroom.
The Fireview Room
The Fireview Room has an inviting queen size bed with plenty of cozy Alaskan ambiance. The huge sliding doors open to view the Great Room. Fall asleep to the flickering light of the fire or close the doors for complete privacy. The window overlooks the river. The room is adjacent to the loft common area with access to the upper deck. The Fireview Room is available for $100.00 a night, plus bed tax.
The Palin Suite
The Palin Suite is named for Alaska’s former Governor because it is just as pretty. It has a shiny king size brass bed, opens onto the deck, and has a view of the gardens.There is a large dressing area with his and her sinks. This room has a television. In winter, the Northern Lights can often be seen from the windows in this room. The Palin Suite is available for $125.00 a night, plus bed tax.
